The MSGO Program recently launched OM Enrichment Workshop with an engaging session led by Mr. Roger Chan, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technology Officer of Cobalt Fashion (Hong Kong) Limited. 

Roger shared how digitalization and AI are transforming supply chain workflows, and why sustainability is becoming the new norm in the apparel industry. Drawing on Cobalt Fashion’s experience as Hong Kong’s largest knitwear supplier, Roger also touched on China’s “Go Global” strategy and Hong Kong’s evolving role in global trade.
